- Supr Quality: Custom Printed Mailer Boxes are made of 30% recycled material - E flute (also known as Recycled corrugate also known as corrugated fiberboard or cardboard) with a thickness of 1.5mm-1.6mm (based on the size), Uncoated, Matte finish, Sturdy & Writable.
- Supr Sustainability: FSC Certified Paper, Acid-Free, Compostable, Curbside Recyclable, uses Plant-based Printing Ink & made of Recycled Materials.

- Acceptable design file formats: JPG/PDF/AI/PSD with a maximum file size of 20MB. If your design file is heavier, then please email us on hi@suprpack.com
- In case of discrepancies in design files, customers will be contacted by Supr Pack’s design team for final clearance.
- Colors may appear slightly different due to differences and restrictions in printing colors on a compostable material.
- Printing tolerance: 1% alignment offset is acceptable because of Small Batch production.

How to Compost
Remove all the stickers and labels from the Custom Mailer Boxes and put them in a Home Compost Bin (since the paper is naturally compostable, you can compost in your Home Compost bin) or Recycle Bin.

What if I need a custom-sized or Custom-Colored box?
Supr Pack allows its customers to customize their box size, styles and use of multiple colours with a minimum order quantity of 500. Contact us here if you’re looking for a Custom Size or Color.
How much weight can Mailing Boxes bear?
Compostable Mailing Boxes can hold up to 65lbs or 29 kg (depending on size).
What to do after I place my order?
After placing the order, Supr Pack’s Design team will reach out to you with a mockup for approval. Without approval, production will not start.
- Free Standard Shipping for Custom Mailer Boxes is done within 15-30 working days based on the lead time chosen by you during the time of checkout.
- 15 or 30 working days will be counted from the date of mockup approval.
