How to Order:
1. Choose size, quantity & customise online and place the order.
2. We will email a mock-up for your approval. You can also request our design team for any editing, add text/social handles etc. Once you approve, the production will start.
Mock-up before Order
To see the preview before ordering, chat with us live or email your requirements & our design team will email you the mock-up. Once you are satisfied, we will process your order by providing you the manual order link.
How to Reorder
1. Same design as last time? Simply, choose the quantity & size & place the order online. Mention “same design as last time” in the order notes section (or email us with the order number). Our team will align the production from the backend.
2. Existing customers but new design? Start the customization process online from scratch and place the order or reach out to our team for assistance.
3. Special Requests: Was it a custom size/product? Email us your last order number with design & product details; we will email the order link via email.

- Supr Pack provides up to 22 colored tissue paper options to choose from and they can’t be changed. But the Logo color can be printed in any color.
- The MOQ for custom background color is 1000. Contact us to recieve quotation.
- We can print logos as small as 25mm. The logos can be stretched to a maximum width of 60mm.
- If the preview is not showing due to any technical discrepancy, then place an order & share your design file at hello@suprpack.com.au along with order number and team will get back to you with the mock-up.
- Printing Color Disclaimer: The printing color of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances. Furthermore, Due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colors may appear somewhat different.
- Printing Alignment Disclaimer: Minor design placement and alignment variation (up to 5mm) is expected in a small-batch production (as per industry standard) and does not indicate a damaged product. No exchange or refund will be issued.

Naturally Home Compostable & Recyclable
How to Compost:
Remove all the stickers and labels from the Tissue wrapping Paper & drop them in a Home Compost Bin (since the paper is naturally compostable, you can compost in your Home Compost bin) or Recycle Bin.
Material:
Custom Tissue Paper is made of FSC Certified, Acid-Free & 100% Virgin Pulp Paper.
Printing color:
Branded Tissue Paper use Water-based printing inks for customizations.
Carbon Neutral Shipping
Supr Pack uses carbon neutral shipping to offset shipping emissions created during order fulfillment.
- Standard Delivery: Custom Tissue Paper will be delivered with in 3 Weeks in total (production & delivery).

- What is the Custom Tissue Printed process?
Supr Pack’s Tissues are digitally printed with soy-based ink in Pantone colors.
- How many logo colors can be printed?
This product can be customized with one logo colour only. We have up to 23 standard tissue paper colours and that can not be changed. If you are looking for your own brand tissue colour, click here to check this product.
- Can you Print multiple colors?
Yes, we can print more than 2 colors for you. The MOQ will be 1000 sheets. Kindly get in touch with us at hello@suprpack.com.au for a quotation.
- Can I order my custom sizes?
Yes, we can provide a custom size for you. The MOQ can be 500-1000 sheets. Kindly get in touch with us at hello@suprpack.com.au for a quotation.
- Can you do Tissue Paper with different thicknesses?
Yes, we can print your designs on Tissue Paper with different thicknesses. We have 28, 40, 60 & 70 GSM Tissue Paper available. The MOQ will be 1000 sheets. Kindly get in touch with us at hello@suprpack.com.au for a quotation.
- Are supr Pack tissue Food Safe?
No. But Supr Pack is soon to launch FDA-approved food-safe paper. Stay tuned!
- What are the Sizes available in Custom tissue Paper?
Supr Pack’s Custom Tissues come in 2 different sizes to fit all your packaging needs.

- How many days till it goes back to the environment?
Supr Pack’s Tissue being Eco-Freindly and compostable takes anywhere between 90 to 120 days to get back to earth. After use, you can put it in your Home Compost Bin.
