How to Reorder

1.⁠ ⁠Same design as last time? Simply, choose the quantity & size & place the order online. Mention “same design as last time” in the order notes section (or email us with the order number). Our team will align the production from the backend.

2.⁠ ⁠Existing customers but new design? Start the customization process online from scratch and place the order or reach out to our team for assistance.

3.⁠ ⁠Special Requests: Was it a custom size/product? Email us your last order number with design & product details; we will email the order link via email.

Our pink custom mailers are designed with the environment and customers in mind. Supr Pack's pink custom mailer envelopes have a quality matte surface, are waterproof, translucent, robust, writable, and reusable. The pink custom poly mailers are available in four different sizes to accommodate little to large items and feature your business logo. The Supr Pack mailer bags are commercially compostable (AS4736) and home compostable (AS5810). They can be used to package a variety of products, including apparel, shoes, stationary, and non-fragile objects.

3. Lower back side of the mailer design & printing color will remain the same as shown in the images.
4. If the preview is not showing due to any technical discrepancy, then place an order & share your design file at hi@suprpack.com along with the order number.
5. Printing Color Disclaimer: The printing colour of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances. Furthermore, Due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colors may appear somewhat different.
6. Printing Alignment Disclaimer: Minor design placement and alignment variation (up to 5mm) is expected in a small-batch production (as per industry standard) and does not indicate a damaged product. No exchange or refund will be issued.
7. Order Suggestion: We advise you to buy the first order at the lowest MOQ.

• How to Compost?

Remove all the stickers, labels, & adhesive strips from the Shipping Mailers & drop them in Home Compost Bin.

• Material

Custom Shipping Mailers are made of 20-30% PLA (cornstarch) & 70-80% PBAT (an entirely compostable Co-Polymer) that is Naturally Compostable.

• Printing Colors

Eco-friendly Shipping Mailers are customized using Soy/Water-based ink.

• Certifications

AS5810 Home Compostable, AS4736 Commercially Compostable. Home Compostable (EN13432) and Commercially Compostable (EN13432)

• Carbon Neutral Shipping

Supr Pack uses carbon neutral shipping to offset shipping emissions created during order fulfillment.

• Free Standard Shipping for Custom Mailers will be done with in 2 Weeks or 7-8 Weeks in total (production & delivery) based on the lead time selected by you at the time of order.
• 2 Weeks or 7-8 Weeks will be counted from the next date of mock-up approval over email.

What kind of printing colors are used for customization?

All Supr Pack customizations use soy/water-based inks for printing. 

What are the customization options?

Custom Mailers can be customized with any design and we have a set of standard colors to choose from. Standard colors: White, Black, Pink, Silver, Golden

What sizes do Compostable Mailers come in?

Custom Mailers are available in 6 different sizes to cater to all your product needs.

1. XS - 165 x 235 mm (6.5" x 9.2")
2. S- 200 x 280 mm (7.8" x 11")
3. S-M - 260 x 385 mm (10.2" x 15.2")
4. L - 395 x 455 mm (15.5" x 17.9")
5. XL - 420 x 594 mm (16.5" x 23.4")

Can you print on both sides?

Yes, we can print your design on both sides of the Compostable Mailing Satchels at an additional cost. Get in touch with us.

Can you Print 2 colors on the Compostable Mailers?

Maybe! first we'll have to take a look at your design. Kindly share your design with us and we'll get back to you.

Can I order a custom color or custom size for the Mailers?

Yes, we can do both of those things. The MOQ will be 10,000.

Can you remove the Supr Pack branding from the back of the Mailers?

Yes, we can. Since a new production will be needed for your design exclusively, the MOQ for the order would be 10,000. Contact us for bulk pricing.

Can I get a sample of my own design?

Yes. You can go for a sample pack of 10 custom mailers to try before buying a bulk quantity.

Can my design be printed more than the defined frame and different colour?

Yes but totally depends on the design & colour. You can chat with us live on the chat app and share your design with us and our team can assist you right away or email us your design and colour codes at hi@suprpack.com and the team will get back to you within 48 business hours.

The mailer size is not available, can you introduce a new size?

What is the shelf life of Supr Pack's mailers?

The shelf life of the shipping mailer bags is approximately 12 months if kept in Sealed packaging.

How to store Shipping Mailers to make them last longer?

Store Compostable Mailers in a cool & Dry place, away from sunlight. As a manufacturer, the team is working hard on new technologies to increase the shelf life in the future. Stay tuned for good news.

How much time will it take to degrade in a commercial/industrial compost facility?

It takes approximately 90-120 days for the Mailers to decompose completely which is also largely based on oxygen & temperature conditions. 

Can Supr Pack Mailers biodegrade in a landfill?

Properly sourced & engineered compostable materials provide a Short Carbon Cycle solution. No matter what happens to it, it will degrade back into the environment where it came from, therefore ‘Zero Long Cycle Carbon’, which is Supr Pack’s commitment & goal.

What is composting, and what are the benefits of composting?

Composting is a natural breakdown of material into rich soil. Composting organic waste (yard trimmings, food waste, etc.) helps divert organic waste from landfills. When added back to land projects, compost promotes healthy plant growth, improves soil moisture retention, amends sandy/clay soils, and improves crop nutrient content.

Why is a composting logo mandatory?

The composting logo is designed to address the confusion that has existed between truly compostable materials and oxo-degradable plastics by building credibility and recognition for products that meet the ASTM D6400 /En13432/AS 4736 Standards among consumers, composters, regulators, and others. It is designed to be easily recognizable and able to be placed on the actual product and packaging and sales literature.
