Exact TAT, delivery time, or ETA can be found on each product page. and will vary depending on several factors like your shipping destination (Metropolitan and Regional areas), choice of products, quantities, etc.
We have two kinds of product categories:
Stock Products
Custom Products
Shipping policy & lead times are different for each category and are explained below
1. Stock Products (Plain, No Customisation)
- Ready to dispatch: Next business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)
- Delivery time: 2-8 business days (air freight), up to 8 weeks (sea freight), depending on the product and shipping method chosen at the time of order

2. Custom Products (With Your logo/design)

Lead Time (Inc. production & delivery): 2-3 weeks and up to 8 weeks
Depending on the product, quantities & lead time (air freight & sea Freight) mentioned on the product page and shipping method chosen at the time of order -
Delivery Charges:

- Air Freight - produced & delivered in 2-3 weeks
- Sea Freight (Plan ahead & save up to 40%) - produced & delivered in 7-8 weeks
- Tracking: You’ll receive email & SMS updates with a tracking number & link.
Exact lead time is mentioned on each product page. Lead time will be counted from the next day of the order & mock-up approval via email, live chat or WhatsApp.
3. Points to Consider:
- Custom products are made and shipped from our in-house manufacturing unit in China.
- Once we dispatch & fulfil the order in the system, an automated email is sent with tracking details. Email may go to the junk/spam folder.
- If you have a strict deadline to receive the product, we recommend getting the expected delivery time from us before placing the order, as the lead time totally depends on the product and location.
- Once dispatched, shipping timelines are managed by our delivery partners, and Supr Pack cannot control them. Tracking information takes up to 5 days to update in the tracking link. Keep checking in every 2-3 days on the same tracking link for the estimated delivery time.
- You can request the change of delivery address or upgrade to express shipping before we dispatch the order. Check this possibility with us at hi@suprpack.com
- There may be some delivery delays due to weather/peak season. Please check your tracking link shared on email (may be in junk/spam folder) for the latest information about the delivery. If in doubt, get in touch with us for the latest update or try contacting the local shipping carrier directly to obtain further information.
- If the delay is from the Supr Pack (production issue or delays in dispatch), we’ll notify you through email and decide the next steps together.
