How to Order:
1. Choose size, quantity & customise online and place the order.
2. We will email a mock-up for your approval. You can also request our design team for any editing, add text/social handles etc. Once you approve, the production will start.
Mock-up before Order
To see the preview before ordering, chat with us live or email your requirements & our design team will email you the mock-up. Once you are satisfied, we will process your order by providing you the manual order link.
How to Reorder
1. Same design as last time? Simply, choose the quantity & size & place the order online. Mention “same design as last time” in the order notes section (or email us with the order number). Our team will align the production from the backend.
2. Existing customers but new design? Start the customization process online from scratch and place the order or reach out to our team for assistance.
3. Special Requests: Was it a custom size/product? Email us your last order number with design & product details; we will email the order link via email.

- Accepts Inkjet & Direct Thermal Printers such as Supr Pack’s HPRT Printer and other standard label printers.
- Minimum operating label width: 100mm.
- Minimum label core: 40mm.
- Standard Shipping Label color remains white and printing can be done in 1 or 2 colors.
- Any kind of design, logo, or text is printable.
- The printable/customizable area is 10mm (W) x 100mm (L)
- While uploading your design, kindly upload a JPEG, JPG, AI or PSD File for better print quality.
- For printing, kindly leave the Pantone color code in the “Order Notes” section.
- After the order, Supr Pack's design team will reach out to you with the mockup for approval. Without approval, production will not start.
- Colors may appear slightly different due to differences and restrictions in printing colors on a compostable material.
- Printing tolerance: 2-3% alignment offset is acceptable because of Small Batch production. Supr Pack sends extra stock to compensate for the adjustment.

Remove the Eco-friendly Labels from any surface and drop them in Compost Bin.
- Material
Compostable Shipping Labels are made from FSC Certified, Acid-Free Paper & Recycled Paper. The Shipping Label comes with Ok-Compost friendly Adhesive.
- Printing color
Custom Labels use Water/Soy Based printing inks for Customizations.
- Carbon Neutral Shipping
Supr Pack uses carbon-neutral shipping to offset shipping emissions created during order fulfillment.
- Free Standard Shipping for Custom Shipping Labels will be done with in 15 working days in total (production & delivery)
- 15 working days will be counted from the date of mock-up approval over email.
