What are your custom ribbons made from?
Our custom ribbons are made from wood-fibre material and printed using non-toxic inks.
What is the difference between satin ribbon and compostable ribbon?
Traditional satin ribbons are typically made from polyester plastic. Our compostable ribbons are made from wood-fibre materials, offering a
more sustainable packaging option.
Are the ribbons eco-friendly?
Yes. Our ribbons are made from renewable wood fibres and are designed as an eco-friendly alternative to polyester ribbons. Custom ribbons
thus, are industrially compostable.
What do the ribbons feel like?
The ribbons have a soft, smooth, fabric-like texture with a premium matte appearance. They are anti-bacterial, skin-friendly and use non-toxic colours for printing. 
Are the ribbons suitable for luxury packaging?
Yes. Ribbons can be used for gift packaging, retail packaging, subscription boxes, product wrapping, events, and premium branding applications.
Are the ribbons washable?
The ribbons are intended for packaging applications and are not designed for repeated washing or garment use.
Are the ribbons colourfast?
Under normal packaging use, the printed design remains durable. Prolonged moisture exposure may affect the print.
Do the ribbons have a shelf life?
When stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, ribbons can be stored long-term (up to 2 years) without significant degradation.
Printing & Customisation
Can I print my logo on the ribbon?
Yes. Logos, text, icons, brand names, and pattern artwork can be done.
How many print colours can I use?
This product supports single-colour printing only.
Can I print multiple colours on the ribbon?
Not on this product. For multi-colour ribbon printing, please contact us at hi@suprpack.com for custom manufacturing options.
What ribbon colours are available?
Custom ribbons are available in 17 standard base colours.
Can I print on both sides of the ribbon?
Standard production includes printing on one side only.
Can I print edge-to-edge?
Printing is positioned within the printable area of the ribbon considering a bleed of 1 mm from both edges.
Can I print a repeating logo pattern?
Yes. Repeating logos, text, brand names, and continuous patterns are the most common ribbon designs.
How often will my logo repeat?
Logos will repeat after 30 mm (standard) for all widths. The repeat distance also depends on your artwork size and ribbon width. A digital mock-up will show the final layout before production. You can request edits and
adjustments.
Can I customise the ribbon width?
Yes. Multiple ribbon widths are available: 9 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm & 25 mm
Ribbons come with a standard length of 100 yards or 91 m or 300 ft.
Which ribbon width should I choose?
- 9 mm: Jewellery, tags, small packaging
- 16 mm: Gift boxes, cosmetics, accessories
- 19 mm: Apparel, retail packaging, gift wrapping
- 25 mm+: Large boxes and premium presentation packaging

Can you help me design my packaging?
Yes. All custom packaging orders include free design assistance. We provide digital mock-ups before production and can help recreate
low-quality artwork, optimise layouts, improve logo placement, and create
multiple design variations for approval.
Will I receive a mock-up before production?
Yes. A digital mock-up is provided for approval before production begins.
What file formats do you accept?
Recommended formats: AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, CDR, PSD
High-resolution PNG and JPG files are also accepted.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Custom ribbons start from just 1 roll.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is available for larger quantity orders.
Can I order multiple ribbon designs?
Yes. Multiple designs can be ordered separately based on the required quantities.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production and delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within approximately 2–3 weeks from mock-up approval.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Standard shipping is included on all ribbon orders. Express shipping is also available on request. Contact us at hi@suprpack.com to get a quotation.
Where are the ribbons made and shipped from?
Our ribbons are produced in our centralised manufacturing facility and shipped globally.
