What paper textures are available?

Supr Pack offers 4 premium textured papers for custom cards:

1. White Cloth – 350 GSM with a soft canvas like finish

2. Eggshell – 350 GSM with a soft grainy texture

3. Aesthetic White – 350 GSM with a soft chisel texture

4. Recycled white paper – 350 GSM with plain/no texture

What materials are your textured cards made from? 

Our textured cards are made using FSC-certified & acid-free paper.

Are your custom cards eco-friendly? 

Yes. Our custom textured cards are
recyclable, naturally compostable/biodegradable, and made using sustainable materials, no lamination/coating, non-toxic ink giving them a full-fledged eco-friendly character.

Can I print on textured paper?

Yes. Textured papers support CMYK printing along with custom background colours & foil depending on your requirements.

What thickness options are available?

Can I print on both sides?

Yes. Double-sided printing is available on all at no additional cost.

Can I add embossing or 3D foil to the cards?

Yes. Custom sizes and die-cut shapes are available including rounded corners and specialty cuts.

What file formats do you accept?

We recommend AI, PDF, SVG, or other vector files for best print quality. JPG and PNG files are also accepted.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Custom cards start from unbelievably low MOQs of just 50 cards suitable for small businesses, events, and premium packaging requirements.

Design Assistance & Mock-Ups

Can you help me design my packaging?

Yes. All custom packaging orders include free design assistance. We provide digital mock-ups before production and can also help recreate low-quality artwork, adjust designs for print, suggest logo placements, and create multiple design variations for approval before production.

Will I receive a mock-up before production?

Yes. A digital mock-up is shared for approval before production begins.

How does the

How long does production and delivery take?

The lead time for custom cards is 2-3 weeks starting from the next day of the mock-up and order approval.

Our custom cards are produced in our centralised manufacturing facility in China and shipped globally.
