2. Back side of the mailer design & printing color will remain the same as shown in the images.
3. While Customizing, kindly upload a JPEG file only to see the preview.
4. If the preview is not showing due to any technical discrepancy, then place an order & share your design file at hi@suprpack.com along with the order number.
5. After ordering, kindly mail us an HD file (PDF, AI or PSD) along with your order number. Supr Pack's design team will email you the mockup for approval. Without approval, production will not start.
6. Colors may appear slightly different due to differences and restrictions in printing colors on a compostable material.
7. Printing tolerance: 2-3% alignment offset is acceptable because of Small Batch production. Supr Pack sends extra stock to compensate for the adjustment.

• How to Compost?

Remove all the stickers, labels & adhesive strips from the Shipping Mailers & drop them in Home Compost Bin.

• Material

Custom Shipping Mailers are made of 20-30% PLA (cornstarch) & 70-80% PBAT (an entirely compostable Co-Polymer) that is Naturally Compostable.

• Printing Colors

Eco-friendly Shipping Mailers are customized using Soy/Plant-based ink.

AS5810 Home Compostable, AS4736 Commercially Compostable.

• Free Standard Shipping for Custom Mailers will be done with in 15 or 30 working days in total (production & delivery) based on the lead time selected by you at the time of order.

What kind of printing colors are used for customization?

All Supr Pack customisations use soy based inks for printing.

Custom Mailers are available in 6 different sizes to cater to all your product needs.

Can you print on both sides?

Can I order a custom color or custom size for the Mailers?

Yes, we can do both of those things. The MOQ will be 10,000.

Can you remove the Supr Pack branding from the back of the Mailers?

Yes, we can. Since a new production will be needed for your design exclusively, the MOQ for the order would be 10,000. Contact us for bulk pricing at hi@suprpack.com

Can I get a sample of my own design?

Yes. You can go for a sample pack of 10 custom mailers to try before buying a bulk quantity.

Can my design be printed more than the defined frame and different colour?

Yes but totally depends on the design & colour. You can chat with us live on the chat app and share your design with us and our team can assist you right away or email us your design and colour codes at hi@suprpack.com and the team will get back to you within 48 business hours.

The mailer size is not available, can you introduce a new size?

What is the shelf life of Supr Pack's mailers?

The shelf life of the shipping mailer bags is approximately 12 months if kept in Sealed packaging.

How to store Shipping Mailers to make them last longer?

Store Compostable Mailers in a cool & Dry place, away from sunlight. As a manufacturer, the team is working hard on new technologies to increase the shelf life in the future. Stay tuned for good news.

How much time will it take to degrade in a commercial/industrial compost facility?

It takes approximately 90-120 days for the Mailers to decompose completely which is also largely based on oxygen & temperature conditions. 

Can Supr Pack Mailers biodegrade in a landfill?

Properly sourced & engineered compostable materials provide a Short Carbon Cycle solution. No matter what happens to it, it will degrade back into the environment where it came from, therefore ‘Zero Long Cycle Carbon’, which is Supr Pack’s commitment & goal.

What is composting, and what are the benefits of composting?

Composting is a natural breakdown of material into rich soil. Composting organic waste (yard trimmings, food waste, etc.) helps divert organic waste from landfills. When added back to land projects, compost promotes healthy plant growth, improves soil moisture retention, amends sandy/clay soils, and improves crop nutrient content.

Why is a composting logo mandatory?

The composting logo is designed to address the confusion that has existed between truly compostable materials and oxo-degradable plastics by building credibility and recognition for products that meet the ASTM D6400 /En13432/AS 4736 Standards among consumers, composters, regulators, and others. It is designed to be easily recognizable and able to be placed on the actual product and packaging and sales literature.
