How to Order:

1.⁠ ⁠Choose the size, and quantity & upload your HD file (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD) and place the order. 

2.⁠ ⁠We will email a mock-up for your approval. You can also request our design team for any editing, add text/social handles etc. Once you approve, the production will start.

Mock-up before Order

To see the preview before ordering, chat with us live or email your requirements & our design team will email you the mock-up. Once you are satisfied, we will process your order by providing you the manual order link.

How to Reorder

1.⁠ ⁠Same design as last time? Simply, choose the quantity & size & place the order online. Mention “same design as last time” in the order notes section (or email us with the order number). Our team will align the production from the backend.

2.⁠ ⁠Existing customers but new design? Start the customization process online from scratch and place the order or reach out to our team for assistance.

3.⁠ ⁠Special Requests: Was it a custom size/product? Email us your last order number with design & product details; we will email the order link via email.

Customisation Guidelines

1. Shopping bags come in 2 variants: white & kraft paper. You can customize the bag in your preferred bag color (full background print) along with any logo/design with multiple colors.
   
2. There’s no design restriction while customizing allowing you to print logos, patterns, and designs edge-to-edge on all sides including side gussets. The bottom gusset & inside of the bag is not customizable and will remain white or kraft as per the variant chosen.
3. The kraft bag comes with a standard brown (kraft) handle. For the white bag, customers can choose from 3 handle color options: white, black, or red..

• If you are looking for custom background colors, we'd recommend to go with white paper variant.
• Printable on all sides except the bottom gusset, inside of the bag & handle.
• The bottom gusset will be white for the White bag variant and brown for the kraft bag variant.
• Shopping bags are made of white or kraft paper; which is why the inside & the bottom of the bag will remain white or kraft & aren’t customizable.
• The bottom gusset will be white & brown(kraft) for White bag variant & Kraft Bag Variant respectively.
• The kraft bag comes with a standard brown (kraft) handle. For the white bag, customers can choose from 3 handle color options: white, black, or red.
• Acceptable design file formats: Simply, upload your design and our design team will reach out via email with a mock-up after the order.
• In case of discrepancies in design files, customers will be contacted by Supr Pack’s design team via email.
• Printing Colour Disclaimer: The printing color of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances. Furthermore, due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colors may appear somewhat different.
• Printing Alignment Disclaimer: Since products are printed by hand, minor variations in the design's placement are allowed and do not indicate a damaged product.
• Order Suggestion: We advise you to buy the first order at the lowest MOQ.

How to Compost

Remove all the stickers & labels from the paper shopping bags. Cut it into small pieces preferably 5mm in size & drop them in a Compost Bin.

How to Recycle

Remove all the stickers & labels from the paper shopping bags and drop them in the Recycle Bin.
