What is the duration of Supr Pack’s return policy?

We have a 14 - day return/refund/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return based on the scenarios & category (stock/plain and custom products) mentioned below, we request you to kindly go through the policies based on the categories

Stock/Plain products policy:

Custom products policy:

Under which circumstances I can return/exchange or get a refund for custom products?

Your custom product orders are eligible for returns only if the dispatched order have:

  • designing, printing, alignment, size, colour, quality issue at Supr Pack’s end, because customised product mock up authorisation is taken over email before starting the production.

If you think you faced any issue as mentioned in above point then you can raise the request here or email us on hello@suprpack.com.au within 14 days from the date of delivery and our team will get back to you within 24-48 working hours. Once we receive the request, we will provide the resolution through email and will close the case within 5-7 working days.

Who will bear the freight charges in case of return or exchange?

If customer wants to return/exchange the product and has no admissible issue explained above then customer needs to pay fixed $5 order processing fee and shipping charges as per product order quantity, weight and logistic fee (as per AustPost charges). 

If the dispatched order has size, color, quality issue or has been received by the customer in a damaged and unusable condition at Supr Pack’s end then Supr Pack will replace your products with no return cost & will bear all the freight charges and Supr Pack will manage the return procedure and share the shipping label to customer and customer has to deliver to the nearest post office for return. Once we received the return item, we will inspect in 24-48 hours and dispatch the new order.

If the product is not available, customers can choose to buy a different product or request a return. In these such cases, Supr Pack will credit 100% amount without any deduction in 24-48 working hours and the funds be credited in the customers account within 5-7 working days. We will close this issue within 5-7 working days from the date of issue raised. If you still face any issue, you can contact us here.

Other standard requirements eligibility for return/refund/exchange for all products mentioned above:

To be eligible for a return/exchange/refund, your order must meet above mentioned requirements (for stock and custom product respectively) and should be unused, full quantity and has original packaging.

Supr Pack will manage the return procedure & provide shipping label to return the order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully once you receive it and contact us immediately at hello@suprpack.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and look into return/exchange at no additional cost and get back to you within 24-48 working hours. Once we receive the request, we will provide the resolution through email and will close the case within 5-7 working days.

Refunds & Settlement procedure:

Once the issue is resolved, Supr Pack team will initiate the refund with in 24 hours and it will take 5-7 business days to get credited from the date of approval and refunds will be credited in the respective mode of payment and there is no refund charges will be applicable.

Refund/exchange/return charges may apply as there are order handling & delivery charges. The minimum return order handling charges are $5 and shipping charges as per product order quantity, weight and logistic fee (as per AustPost charges).

How often will the customer receive a refund?
An order can only be returned once for a refund. You cannot return it if you purchase it again and product does not have any issue.

 

Dispatch/Delivery:

Supr Pack is dispatching all STOCK PRODUCT orders on the same day (if order received before 1.45pm - GMT +11 ( Mon-Fri) without any fail unless there is a lockdown. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking number & delivery partner website link.

Standard Shipping Delivery Charges are Free for all products. The standard shipping time is 4-6 business days for Stock products, but if the delivery address is close to the packing office, it may be delivered the next day.

Express Delivery charges are applicable based on the product and the quantity & the charges are shown at the time of check out. Express Delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days for all Stock products. 

Delivery (Custom Products): In case of Standard Delivery, it will take15 working days to produce & deliver the Custom products. If you are looking for Express Delivery for Custom products, kindly Live Chat or email us your requirements and we will get back to you.

MYPOST SAFE DROP POLICY

The MyPost Safe Drop Service is only available for deliveries to an address that is accessible and to a requested delivery location where it is safe to leave parcels. Addresses where the front of the property is near to the street, or apartments that are not accessible to a person who is making the delivery, are generally not suitable for the MyPost Safe Drop Service.

Once the order is dispatched, kindly click on link you must have received with tracking details. Our delivery partner may take your consent for no contact delivery. After clicking on that link, you will receive a confirmation email from delivery partner and you will need to give your consent to leave the package outside at safe place. Once you give the consent, our delivery partner will keep the package in safe place as NO CONTACT DELIVERY process. It is solely your responsibility to pick up your parcel and avoid misplacing as Supr Pack will not be responsible for any lost packages once delivered at safe place in your premises.

 

COVID-19 UPDATE:

Covid – 19: Our delivery partner uses all the necessary precautions to ensure the employees and customers' safety during these testing times. We are following the Australian Government's Department of Health's recommendations in response to the Covid-19 outbreak. 

Delivery delays: Due to high volumes in all postage networks, there may be delivery delays for Australian and international orders. We request you to wait for a couple of more days from the expected delivery date before raising a concern. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to obtain further information. 

Delivery (International): International delivery may take up to 21 business days once the order is shipped. Delivery times vary from country to country. However, in unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, the delivery timelines may be hampered. The latest update on shipping details can be found on the delivery partner's website. 

Import duties: Import duties and taxes are applicable on products being shipped from outside of Australia. The customer is required to pay these taxes to clear customs in the country. If the taxes are not paid, the shipment gets diverted to the composting facilities for disposal. In such situations, the items are non-returnable and no refund shall be offered either. Please note, in case of unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, the delivery timelines may be hampered.
