Dispatch/Delivery:
Supr Pack is dispatching all STOCK PRODUCT orders on the same day (if order received before 1.45pm - GMT +11 ( Mon-Fri) without any fail unless there is a lockdown. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking number & delivery partner website link.
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all products/orders >$30 in AU & NZ. USA customers needs to pay delivery charges on all products.
Delivery (stock products): In general, it takes upto 7 business days for delivery once the order is shipped. However, in unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, the delivery timelines may be hampered. The latest update on shipping details can be found on the delivery partner's website.
Delivery (Custom Products): In general, it takes 15 working days (including production + delivery) depending on the custom product. MYPOST SAFE DROP POLICY
The MyPost Safe Drop Service is only available for deliveries to an address that is accessible and to a requested delivery location where it is safe to leave parcels. Addresses where the front of the property is near to the street, or apartments that are not accessible to a person who is making the delivery, are generally not suitable for the MyPost Safe Drop Service.
Once the order is dispatched, kindly click on link you must have received with tracking details. Our delivery partner may take your consent for no contact delivery. After clicking on that link, you will receive a confirmation email from delivery partner and you will need to give your consent to leave the package outside at safe place. Once you give the consent, our delivery partner will keep the package in safe place as NO CONTACT DELIVERY process. It is solely your responsibility to pick up your parcel and avoid misplacing as Supr Pack will not be responsible for any lost packages once delivered at safe place in your premises.
COVID-19 UPDATE:
Covid – 19: Our delivery partner uses all the necessary precautions to ensure the employees and customers' safety during these testing times. We are following the Australian Government's Department of Health's recommendations in response to the Covid-19 outbreak.
Delivery delays: Due to high volumes in all postage networks, there may be delivery delays for Australian and international orders. We request you to wait for a couple of more days from the expected delivery date before raising a concern. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to obtain further information.
Delivery (International): International delivery may take up to 21 business days once the order is shipped. Delivery times vary from country to country. Import duties: Import duties and taxes are applicable on products being shipped from outside of Australia. The customer is required to pay these taxes to clear customs in the country. If the taxes are not paid, the shipment gets diverted to the composting facilities for disposal. In such situations, the items are non-returnable and no refund shall be offered either. Please note, in case of unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, the delivery timelines may be hampered.
